THE STORY OF CHOCOLATE CHIPPER BAKERY

Kayla's journey with baking began at a young age, with vivid memories of high school where she delighted in baking cupcakes for her friends' birthdays. This joy continued with annual holiday baking marathons alongside her grandma, a tradition that remains close to her heart.

With a passion for baking and a desire to learn more, Kayla pursued an internship at a local bakery during high school. This experience solidified her love for the craft and the community it fostered. Although she explored other bakeries, her true aspiration was to create her own business that would spread the happiness she felt while baking for friends.

In 2022, Kayla turned her dream into reality with the launch of The Chocolate Chipper Bakery. In just eight months, the bakery has grown significantly, with regular market appearances and plans to expand with a commercial kitchen in Valparaiso. Kayla is always eager to hear from customers and incorporate new ideas into her menu. Kayla is dedicated to serving up delicious treats to customers across Northwest Indiana. She believes that a bakery experience should be about both enjoying beloved favorites and discovering new delights.
